It is designed by Luciano Maestri and bears his initials in the centre.
This is a very rare wheel to find, must be one for the collectors.

Great overall condition.
The leather is still soft and supple, with just minor marks and light wear commensurate with age and use.
The centre pad has light marks.
The stitching is straight and true throughout.
The horn button is confirmed working.
There are 6 brand new fitting bolts included.
